SENA may deduct from any refund the actual costs incurred for shipping, return shipping, and reasonable administrative expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Orders shipped to countries where SENA does not collect applicable taxes may be subject to:

  • customs duties;

  • local taxes;

  • import VAT or sales tax;

  • customs clearance fees.

Where applicable, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer in accordance with the laws of the destination country.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the minimum statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
